A refashion engem sem hagyott ki. Egyre jobban kezdek rákapni az ízére. Tavalyelőtt nyáron kezdődött két turkálós kék-fehér csíkos póló átalakításával, mert sehol sem kaptam ilyen "tengerész" anyagot. De nagyon akartam.
Most más megfontolásból dolgoztam: a gyerekruha turiban nagyon megtetszett ez a ruha és illik is Thez igazán, de láttam, hogy 3-6 hónapos méret, ő meg már 13 is elmúlt.... Nosza, rajta, itthon felpróbáltuk és örömmel láttam, hogy öt percnyi munkával meg egy csíkkal tökéletes tavaszi ruhát varázsolok belőle (csak azóta nem bírtam ezt a posztot megírni...)
És ha már volt ruha, akkor gondoltam, hogy legyen valami színben illeszkedő kalap is hozzá. A szabásmintát a "Made by Marzipan" blogon találtam. Kicsit át kellett alakítanom, mert egyrészt óriási volt, másrészt nem volt megkötője, ami nagyjából nélkülözhetetlen, ha pl.az ember a hátán hordozza a babáját, mert ha egyszer ledobja, .... nincs az a kéz, ami odáig elér... Szóval kétoldalas sapit csinálni megkötővel kicsit trükkös, de azt hiszem, egészen jól sikerült megoldani. A fotókhoz ismét Majmit kértem meg segítségnek.
A sapi akkora siker lett, hogy csináltam belőle egyet a barátnőm babájának is. :)
So I found this 'refashion' thing very addictive. I enjoy it so much. It started two years ago with two white and blue striped huge second hand blouses... I really wanted to buy 'sailor style' fabric but couldn't...
This time I had different reasons: in the kids second hand I found this dress which I fall in love with... And it really suits T very much, but it was size 3-6m and she is older than 13 m now... So I grabbed it and she tried it on at home. I happily sawt that I needed only five minutes and a stripe of fabric to make it a perfect spring outfit,(yes.....long ago and I haven't written this post yet...)
After having this cute dress I decided to sew a matching hat. I found the pattern on the 'Made by Marzipan' blog, but I had to make some changes as it was huge plus I needed 'string' (because of the baby carrying....with a baby on your back it is impossible to put the hat on if it was thrown away before... My arms are not long enough for that trick :)). String for a reversible hat is quite tricky but I managed :) for the photos I had Monkey as a model again. Monkey seems to enjoy this job:)
The hat was such a success I needed to sew another one for my friend's baby :)
