A elveszítette a meleg zokniját. És elég hideg van már. De a szőrös belsejű cukicsizmához, amit Ttől örökölt még nincs elég hideg. Vagyis kellett egy cipő. Ehhez adott volt bennem régóta a vágy a cipővarrásra, egy kedves barát jóvoltából pedig némi bőr. A mintakeresés rémesen nem ment, aztán egy másik kedves barát megmutatta, milyen cuki cipőket varr a játékbabáinak, és el is küldött mintákat. Ezek nagyításaból és alakításából jöttek létre ezek a cipők.
A bőrt önmagában nem találtam elég melegnek, így polárral béleltem a cipőcskéket. Kellett tehát a rögzītés, vagyis újra írhattam és rajzolhattam a varrógépemmel :) és megállapítottam, hogy bőrre is éppolyan jól megy, mint textilre :) Szerencsére, mert itt sokkal nehezebb lett volna a javítás...
És kellett pár rátét virág is.
A cipőfűző pedig színes gumi, amiből "véletlenül" éppen volt itthon narancssárga. Így ki-befűzés nélkül is lazítható annyira, uogy könnyedén felcsusszanjon A lábára.
A lost her warm socks. And it is quite vold around here. But not fold enough for the furry cutie boots which she inherited from T. So she needed a pair of shoes which I wanted sew for a long time and for which I got some leather from a friend. I nearly failed when looking for patterns but then another friend who is a dollmaker posted the cute shoes she made for the dolls. I reshaped the patterns and made them bigger so I got something to start with.
I did not find the leather warm enough so I added some polar fabric. Thanks to this step I could try the free motion quilting and writing skills of me on leather. Luckily it was easy as pie (and as on usual fabric) so I did it quite fast without forrection which is more difficult on leather.
And some applique flowers were needed too.
The shoe lace is orange rubber which I found 'accidentally' around :) This way we do not have to open and close the shoes to be able to put them on A.
