Boldog Húsvétot! - Happy Easter!

Saturday, March 30, 2013

This year I tried this vanilla sweet bread which turned out easy, beautiful and tasty. As I found the recipe in Hungarian I translate it for those who are interested.

Put 10 g yeast into 350 ml warm milk.

Pour 600g flour, 100 g warm butter, 100 g sugar, a pinch of saltandsome vanilla paste in a bowl. Knead them together with the milk. After about 10 minutes of kneading you are done. Put it in room temperature for an hour. Then divide into two parts as you make two pieces of sweet bread. Weave the bread of six pieces (there are good videos on you tube for that eg.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=udTbJAbnwVc. ) Then put them in the fridge for the night. In the morning take an egg, brush the bread and put in the oven. (170 Degrees Celsius, 50 minutes). Enjoy :))

A hatos fonáshoz Farkas Vilmos videója segített (www.youtube.com/watch?v=udTbJAbnwVc)

Happy Easter! Boldog Húsvétot!
